Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our secure platform.
1. Platform Access and Sovereignty
By creating an account on LegacyOS, you represent that you are of legal age and possess full capacity to manage your digital inheritance structure. Since our architecture relies on client-side encryption, you are solely responsible for memorizing your Vault PIN and Password. If both credentials are lost, LegacyOS has no mechanism to recover your data.
2. Nominee Handover Rules
Handover processes are triggered purely by your customized heartbeat triggers. By registering a nominee, you agree that LegacyOS will transition access to your encrypted vault information to that nominee upon the conclusion of the hold verification period (unless you log in to cancel the pending transition).
3. Prohibited Usage
You agree not to use LegacyOS to store or transmit illicit materials, distribute malicious code, or attempt unauthorized entry into other users' private servers. Any breach of this clause will lead to immediate closure of your account.
4. Limitation of Liability
LegacyOS provides its platform services "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the portal will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim any liability for accidental data loss arising from local storage failures or incorrect nominee configuration settings.
